CROSSROADS is in for a busy 2017-2018!!! In August, all students were given a welcome packet. Please make sure you fill out the parent-student information form and the release. These will be required before attending events! Speaking of events, do you have a copy of our calendar? No? Well, that’s on here, too. Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have issues with any of the downloads.
Bi-Weekly Updates – Click here to head to a list of our bi-weekly updates. These are periodic newsletters sent out with upcoming events, news, and announcements.
2017-2018 Welcome Packet
Welcome Message – Find out who we are, what we stand for, and other information related to participating in CROSSROADS@BGBC!
Events Schedule – Make sure you have information on all our key events and dates.
Parent-Student Info Sheet – We want to ensure everyone is in-the-know. This let’s us know how to contact our students, parents, and gives us a little intel on what our students are up to so we can be involved in their lives!
Release Form – A standard release form. We have tons of resources to keep your students entertained, growing, and safe… but just due to the culture we live in, these sorts of forms are necessary. I wanted to think of something upbeat and clever to say about this one, but there’s no slapping lipstick on a pig. The good news is it’s only a couple blanks and then you never have to see it again! 🙂
We provide some of our planning materials in the interest of transparency. The vast majority of you probably have no interest in this at all, but it’s here for those who are curious or could find some use from each product.
2018 Budget Request – The requested budget for the 2018 calendar year.
Summer 2017 Schedule – For anyone who was curious what we were doing in summer of 2017, here is our summer schedule.
2017 Budget Request – The requested budget for the 2017 calendar year.
2015 Budget Request – The requested budget for the 2015 calendar year.
2014-2015 Draft Ministry Plan – I’m a big believer in the value of good administration in ministry. Every ministry should have a plan. This is the plan for the student ministry at BGBC as of 2014.
