logo-concept4_inverted_trimCROSSROADS student ministry reaches teens between 6th and 12th grade in Bowling Green, VA and the surrounding regions.  It is the youth ministry at Bowling Green Baptist Church and offers weekly Sunday School and Wednesday night events in addition to periodic social and ministry opportunities ranging from movie nights to overnight student conferences.  Our ministry contains a diverse group of students from all walks of life and including many different denominations.  With a diverse group comes diverse needs and backgrounds.  Our goal is to reach students where they are spiritually and help them make commitments for a closer relationship with Christ.

The congregation at Bowling Green Baptist Church is committed to youth development for those inside and outside their church membership.  From this congregations, we have an impressive group of volunteers ranging from mothers of 5 kids to current college students and everything in between!  We pride ourselves on challenging students to look past “status quo Christianity” and truly challenge themselves on what they see as defining their relationship with God.  Having a talented and qualified group youth team is critical to facilitating conversations and addressing whatever questions and life issues our students may be facing.

If you are a student and would like to join us or a parent and are interested in more information, please e-mail Joseph Pack, our youth leader, or feel free to connect to us using any of our social media outlets.

You can also download the SoundCloud app on your Apple or Android device and take CROSSROADS with you where ever you go!  Moving forward, we will be looking to update the look/feel of this website and hopefully embed a player on each page for your convenience.

If you want to be on one of our Podcasts, we’re all about audience participation. Just let us know!

For current student and parents… if you are looking for announcements and updates, you can generally find all of those on social media and we will do our best to make sure that resources are available on this site.  Our primary method of communication is e-mail!  At the beginning of each school year, students are handed parent-student information forms (downloadable by clicking this link) in addition to the rest of a welcome packet.  If you feel you are not receiving our messages, we probably don’t your information form on file.  No worries.  Just send Joseph an e-mail and we’ll get things straightened out!
